- 2 lbs confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup butter (don't substitute)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 21 ounces coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 12 ounces dark chocolate chips
- 1 stick paraffin wax
Directions

1Melt the butter and cream together with the sugar, milk and extract.

2Add the coconut and mix well.

3Put the mixture into the refrigerator until firm to make it easier to handle.

4Form into small bite-size balls.

5Return to refrigerator to firm the balls.

6Melt the chocolate and wax in a double boiler.

7Dip the coconut balls in the chocolate and place on wax paper until set.

8Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
