Ingredients

  • 1 Banana (Not Too Ripe, Peeled And Sliced In Pieces 1/2 Inch Thick)
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple (Cored And Cut In Pieces)
  • 1 Lemon, Juiced
  • 10 Strawberries (Stems Removed And Cut In Pieces)
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1-1/2 cup Cantaloupe (Cut In Pieces)
  • 1 Orange (Skin Removed And Cut In Pieces)
  • 10 Green Or Red Grapes (Cut In Half Lengthwise)
  • 1 cup Shredded Sweetened Coconut

Directions

    In a medium size bowl, add banana, apple and lemon juice. Carefully stir so the lemon juice covers each piece of fruit. Set aside.

    In a large bowl, add all remaining ingredients except for coconut. Using a spatula, carefully stir to mix up all the fruit. Carefully mix in banana and apple mixture along with lemon juice.

    Spoon fruit salad into separate serving dishes or a large serving dish. Top with shredded coconut and serve, or chill in fridge until it's time to serve.
