- 4 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Place berries in a 6 cup jar.

2Bring sugar and vinegar to boil (until sugar melts).

4Cover tightly.

5Let stand 48 hours at room temperature.

6Strain through several layers of cheese cloth or soft cloth.

7Seal tight with cork or lid.
