- 1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1While cake layers are baking, put into mixing bowl the sour cream, sugar and coconut.

2Heat in a saucepan 1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar.

3To this, add one of the packages of coconut.

4Bring to a boil.

5When cake is cool, spread milk and coconut between the layers.

6Let the layers set before placing coconut and sour cream between the layers.

7Keep refrigerated.
