- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- coconut milk and whole milk to equal 2 c.
- 2 c. grated fresh coconut
- 4 egg whites
Directions

1Mix sugar, butter and milk.

2Cook over medium heat until thick.

3Add coconut and mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add to rest of ingredients and cook until mixture starts popping. It will be watery, but put on cake anyway.

4It's delicious when cool.
