- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
Directions

1Beat sugar, eggs and salt until mixture is lemon-colored.

2Add melted butter and flour.

3Blend well.

4Add milk and fold in 1 cup coconut.

5Pour into pie shell, top with remaining coconut.

6Bake in slow oven (325°) about 60 minutes.
