- 1/3 c. plain flour
- 2 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. Eagle Brand milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine flour, coconut and salt.

2Add milk and vanilla; mix well (batter will be stiff).

3Drop by tablespoonfuls, 1 inch apart, onto a greased baking sheet.

4Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

5Remove to a wire rack to cool. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
