- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 oz. or 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Beat eggs, vanilla and salt until soft peaks form.

2Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.

3Fold in coconut.

4Use teaspoon to drop on greased cookie sheet.

5Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
