Coconut Macaroons

- 2/3 cup condensed milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 1/2 cups shredded coconut completely dry
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 160C.

2Mix the egg white, milk, vanilla, and salt together in a bowl.

3Add the coconut and mix all of the ingredients together until the coconut is completely soaked.

4Cover a baking tray with cooking spray or parchment paper so that the macaroons do not stick.

5Drop tablespoons of the coconut mixture on the baking tray, about 2 inches apart from each other.

6Bake the macaroons for 20-30 minutes or until the outside layers become a light golden color.

7Take the tray out of the oven and let the macaroons cool for 10 minutes before serving.
