- 16 ounces light brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- 7 ounces flaked coconut (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Spray a 13x9 pan lightly with cooking spray.

3Cream sugar and eggs together.

4Mix in Bisquick until well mixed.

5Add pecans, vanilla, (and coconut).

6Pour into pan.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

8Note: the cake is supposed to look strange.

9It rise high in the oven and then caves in in the middle.

10Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream or plain.
