- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites, room temp.
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Mix together flour, sugar and salt.

2Beat till stiff egg whites.

3Fold in dry ingredients, vanilla and coconut.

4Drop on greased sheet.

5Bake at 325° for 20-25 mins.

6If doubled, will make approx. 40.
