- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. grated coconut
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff.

2Add sugar gradually; beat until glossy.

3Fold in flour, salt, vanilla and coconut.

4Line baking sheet with greased heavy brown paper.

5Drop mixture by teaspoons on paper.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
