  • 1 can (1 1/3 c.) Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 6 c. shredded coconut
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Blend milk, coconut and vanilla.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls about 1-inch apart on well-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° until delicate brown, 8 to 10 minutes.

    Remove from pan at once.

    A whole or half candied cherry may be placed in the center of each cookie before baking.

    Makes 5 dozen.
