  • 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Directions

    Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a bowl. Stir in egg whites and almond extract.

    Mix well.

    Drop from spoon onto lightly greased baking sheet.

    Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are golden. Remove from sheet immediately. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
