- 2 sticks margarine
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. Swans Down cake flour, sifted
- 6 eggs, separated
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla
Directions

1Cream together margarine and sugar.

2Add egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Mix soda in sour cream. Add flour alternately with sour cream and soda mixture, beginning and ending with flour.

4Next beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

5Fold in other mixture.

6Add flavorings.

7Put mixture into Bundt pan that has been sprayed with Pam and floured.

8Bake in a 300° oven for 1 1/2 hours.

9Cool 5 to 10 minutes before turning out.
