- 1 1/3 c. Angel Flake coconut
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt in bowl.

2Stir in egg whites and almond, mix well.

3Drop by teaspoonful onto greased baking sheets.

4Bake at 325° for 20 minutes or until brown around edges.

5Remove at once.

6Makes 1 1/2 dozen cookies.
