- 2 2/3 c. flaked coconut (7 oz.)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt.

3Stir in egg whites and almond extract.

4Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet (you choose the size).

5Bake 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

6Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
