  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs well beaten
  • 1 cup flour, all-purpose sifted
  • 2 teaspoons lemon extract

    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

    Drop by spoonfuls onto oiled cookie sheet.
