- 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- dash of salt
- 2/3 c. sugar
Directions

1Beat egg whites with vanilla and salt until soft peaks form. Slowly add sugar, beating until stiff, not dry.

2Fold in coconut. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.

3Bake at 325° for about 20 minutes.
