Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white, beaten stiff
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 c. cornflakes
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix in order given.

    Drop from tip of spoon on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake in 350° oven until golden brown.
  4. 4
    (Keep back a small amount of coconut to sprinkle on top of macaroons before baking. I always double recipe.)
