Coconut Macaroons

- 2 c. (100 grams) shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. (125 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine the coconut and milk.

2Add vanilla and mix thoroughly. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.

3Bake in a 350° (180° C) oven for about 10 minutes.

4Remove from sheet immediately when the macaroons are cooked.

5Makes about 2 dozen.
