  • 2 c. (100 grams) shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c. (125 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine the coconut and milk.

    Add vanilla and mix thoroughly. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.

    Bake in a 350° (180° C) oven for about 10 minutes.

    Remove from sheet immediately when the macaroons are cooked.

    Makes about 2 dozen.
