  • 4 c. coconut
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 6 unbeaten egg whites
  • 1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Directions

    Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt.

    Add unbeaten egg whites and almond extract.

    Drop onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 350° until golden brown.

    Remove from pan immediately or they will stick.
