- 1 1/3 c. coconut, shredded
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Mix together coconut, sugar, flour and salt.

2Stir in egg whites and almond extract.

3Drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet.

4Bake at 325° for 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

5Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
