- 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
- 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/4 c. shredded Griffin's Coconut
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250°.

2In small bowl with mixer at high speed, Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.

3Beating at high speed, gradually sprinkle in sugar, 2 tbsp. at a time. Beating until sugar is completely dissolved.

4(Whites should stand in stiff glossy peaks.)

5With rubber spatula, fold in coconut & extract until mixed.
