- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 12 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 13 cups coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions

1In a pan combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla.

2Cook over medium heat, stir constantly, till thickened (12 minutes).

3Add the coconut and pecans.
