- 2 (4 oz. each) cans mild whole chiles
- 2 c. chopped tomatoes (2 or 3 medium)
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Grease baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.

3Remove seeds from chiles and arrange in single layer in dish.

4Sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese.

5Beat remaining ingredients by hand until smooth.

6Pour over top.

7Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.

8Makes 6 to 8 servings.
