  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 2 c. pecan halves
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked

Directions

    Combine eggs, sugar, syrup, vanilla and salt in large bowl, and mix well.

    Combine butter and cocoa; stir into egg mixture. Add pecans and coconut, mix well.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° about 50 minutes or until set.
