  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk (canned)
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pie shell (deep)

    Combine dry ingredients.

    In another bowl, beat eggs. Add butter, coconut, milk and vanilla. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake in unbaked pie shell at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
