- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk (canned)
- 1 c. coconut
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pie shell (deep)
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients.

2In another bowl, beat eggs. Add butter, coconut, milk and vanilla. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake in unbaked pie shell at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
