  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 baked pie shell

Directions

    Combine sugar, butter, egg yolks, flour, milk and coconut in saucepan. Cook over low heat until thick. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue. Sprinkle top with a little coconut and brown in 350° oven.
