  • 3 oz. butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut

Directions

    Melt butter and cream with sugar.

    Beat well after adding each egg.

    Add a little milk and coconut.

    Add the rest of milk and extract.

    Pour in uncooked pie shell.

    Bake at 375° for approximately 30 minutes or until done.
