- 3 oz. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
- 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut
Directions

1Melt butter and cream with sugar.

2Beat well after adding each egg.

3Add a little milk and coconut.

4Add the rest of milk and extract.

5Pour in uncooked pie shell.

6Bake at 375° for approximately 30 minutes or until done.
