  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix the flour and sugar.

    Add eggs.

    Add milk slowly, then add vanilla.

    After mixing all up, add 7 ounce can or package of coconut. Pour into 10-inch pie plate and cook at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
