Coconut Pie

- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. shredded coconut
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)
Directions

1In a large bowl, place milk, sugar, coconut, eggs, flour, butter and vanilla.

2Stir until combined.

3Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

4Cool at room temperature.

5Refrigerate leftovers.
