  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. shredded coconut
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)

Directions

    In a large bowl, place milk, sugar, coconut, eggs, flour, butter and vanilla.

    Stir until combined.

    Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

    Cool at room temperature.

    Refrigerate leftovers.
