- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. raisins (optional)
Directions

1Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in blender.

2Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes.

3Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.

4Let stand about 5 minutes, then sprinkle first with raisins and the 2/3 cup of coconut.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

6Serve warm or cool.

7Garnish with remaining coconut.
