  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 small can coconut

Directions

    Beat eggs, add sugar, flour and salt.

    Next, add milk, then coconut and other flavorings.

    Pour mixture in an unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 375° for approximately 20 minutes, until when pie is slightly shaken the pie filling is firm.
