  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 large cans evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 large bag flaked coconut

Directions

    Melt butter; beat eggs lightly.

    Add sugar, milk, melted butter, coconut and lemon extract.

    Pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.
