- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. Carnation milk
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients, add milk and bring to boil.

2Pour beaten egg yolks in and cook until it thickens.

3Add extract, coconut and vanilla.

4Pour into 9-inch baked pie shell.

5Beat egg whites for meringue.

6Sprinkle coconut on top.

7Brown in oven.
