  • 1 large box cook 'n serve vanilla pudding
  • 1 tsp. margarine
  • Cool Whip
  • pie crust, baked
  • coconut (1 can), browned

Directions

    Make jello pudding according to directions; add margarine. Cool and add browned coconut.

    Save some coconut for top of Cool Whip.

    When good and cool, add filling to baked pie crust.
  4. 4
    When ready to serve, put entire container of Cool Whip on top of filling and sprinkle the coconut on top.
