  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. coconut

Directions

    In a blender; combine first seven ingredients. Cover and blend for 10 seconds; scrape sides. Blend another 10 seconds. Add coconut; blend for 2 seconds Pour into greased 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350° for 50 - 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
