  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (deep 9-inch)

Directions

    Add coconut to milk while mixing other ingredients.

    Cream sugar, margarine and flour; add eggs and vanilla.

    Then add coconut and milk.

    Mix well and bake in a pie crust at 350° until set (30 minutes or longer).
