- 2/3 c. milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. flaked or shaved coconut
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Lightly grease a pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches.

3Place all ingredients in blender; blend on high speed for 15 seconds.

4Pour into a pie plate.

5Bake until golden brown and a knife inserted in center comes out clean (50 to 55 minutes).
