  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. Angel Flake coconut

Directions

    Cream margarine, sugar and flour. Then add milk, vanilla and eggs.

    Fold in coconut.

    Pour into three (9-inch) pie shells. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
