- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 1/4 c. frozen coconut or 1 can coconut
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Pour milk over coconut and set aside while creaming margarine and sugar.

2Add eggs and beat.

3Then add the milk, coconut and flavoring.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell.

5Bake at 325° until golden brown and firm.

6(I double this recipe and make 3 pies in shallow pans.)

7This makes 1 deep pie.
