  • 2 pkg. frozen coconut
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla flavor
  • 2 c. sugar or to taste
  • 1 large can milk
  • 2 pie shells
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Blend coconut, eggs, butter, cornstarch, flavor, sugar, can of milk and water.

    Pour mixed ingredients in pie shells.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes or until brown.
