  • 1 (8 oz.) fresh grated coconut
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can Pet milk
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1/3 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
  • 2 pie shells

Directions

    Mix coconut, milk and water together.

    Let stay in refrigerator overnight.

    Next day, mix all ingredients together, pour into 2 pie crusts.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
