  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. white sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • coconut (enough to cover pie crust)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Mix sugar, eggs, flour, milk, butter and vanilla.

    Beat and mix well.

    Pour over coconut that has been put in pie crust.

    Bake at 325° to 350° until lightly brown and set.
