  • 4 1/2 level Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 egg yolks
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Cook in double boiler until thick.

    Cool.

    Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue made from the 3 egg whites.

    Bake to brown at 375°.
