  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine

    Put all into blender at low speed for 3 minutes.

    Pour into 9-inch pie crust.

    Sprinkle 1 cup coconut over the top.

    Bake 40 minutes in 350° oven.
