Directions

1Beat brown sugar and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.

3Add remaining ingredients, except confectioners sugar, to flour and sift.

4Gradually add to butter mixture, mixing well, Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

5Peheat oven to 375F Shape teaspoonfuls of dough into ovals and place 1-inch apart on ungreased baking sheets.

6Bake 10 minutes.

7Cool on baking sheets 1 minute.

8Remove to wire racks; sprinkle confectioners sugar over warm cookies.

9When cookies are cool, store in airtight containers.
