- 1 Tbsp. Equal
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. whipping cream
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 8 oz. Cool Whip Lite
Directions

1Beat cream cheese in mixer bowl until softened.

2Beat in gradually the Equal; add whipping cream and water.

3Beat until smooth.

4Fold in coconut extract and Cool Whip.

5Spoon into dish and chill for 4 hours.

6Garnish with about 2 tablespoons fresh grated coconut.
