  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut
  • 12 tart shells

Directions

    Melt 1 stick of margarine; let cool. Add sugar.

    Mix lemon juice, vanilla, eggs and coconut.

    Mix by hand.

    Put in tart shells 2/3 full.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Let cool.
